In the winter time you need to have the parking lots, side walks, and parking spaces plowed more and salted. There are too many times where people are getting stuck. If there is an emergency the first responders could not get there in a timely manner. Plus on top of that it is a zoning infraction. Also you have essential members of the community that work who can not make it to work on time or for their shift because of the amount of snow and buildup that was not plowed out.In the summertime we have a community pool that has not been opened for the residents to use in the past couple of years because of different reasons and setbacks. It would be nice to get that up and fixed so we can use one of the amenities that you guys show while listing the complex to rent.Another thing is why is it so expensive to do your laundry. $2.25 to wash and $2.50 to dry a load of wash is a lot. You guys already raise the rent every year and now on top of that we have to spend almost an additional $75 to $100 a month doing laundry. My rent went up almost $350 in the last two years. I have been living there for almost 20 years and had to finally ask to move into an updated apartment when the rent went up almost $250 dollars when your company took over from Liberatore Services in the first year and $100 dollars more the second year.

The basement area is not kept up with… water everywhere not cleaned lighting is not good… parking is not very resident friendly… not for the amount of people.

The thermostat reads 62....it's still 76 in the apt. What is the resolution to this issue? I shouldn't have to lower the thermostat 15 degrees to get the temp in the apt at a reasonable temp.

My big fear is snow removal from sidewalk. I am handicapped, and in the past, the snow removal from walkways has been horrible.

Before moving I checked a lot of other before moving I checked out several apartment complexes. I’m happy I made the decision to move into Lincoln Square. The people in the office, and . The maintenance people are always so helpful and take care of any problems immediately and that’s a big plus for me.

I know it's early but when winter comes I will need the entrance to 4029 shoveled and salted so I don't fall thank you
