I drove to pick the vehicle up when it was supposed to be ready and was told the manufacturer was holding up my warranty request.Very unprofessional for dealership. We will not be returning.Never spoke to them was told “that is not how it works”. But the messages they sent confirmed they did not know about the 10 year warranty.This is my 4th PHEV and the manufacturer saying a battery that has lost 1/2 its miles is still good is an injustice to the customer. We just by the next car, but it will never be a Mitsubishi again and we will tell as many people that we can no too. Good call Mitsubishi.

Had to replace a brand-new tire that picked up a 3-inch bolt causing a hole that was 3/4 quarters in diameter in the garage area. Bolt was large enough that if it was already in tire before the tire rotation that it would have been noticed.I never give 5's, because there is always room for growth.

The service shop has a Napa Car care center sign that can be seen from the road, making it very hard to find the service department. They need to put a sign along the main road That says Little Joe's service dept.
