There needs to be a sign on the main road that says Little Joe’s and not Napa auto care. The building needs to be painted inside and better signage.

It’s because of a client having to pay extra for filter when they are getting an oil change. In all of my years of owning cars. When I received an oil change the filter came it with

I had an excellent car-buying experience from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and completely stress-free. Mike Quarles was my salesperson, and he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way.Great service!

I didn't see wifi offered. It would be good to have coffee/water.They do good work, they're reasonably-priced, the staff are friendly and professional, the station is pretty clean and there's a comfortable waiting area.

When i bought my NEW car (2022) from Lt Joe's, I was given a card with discounts for inspections and oil changes, etc. Which i was able to use the first 2 years, however when i came in for an oil change at the end of 2024 I was told "We Don't Take Those Anymore", just like that!!!. Even if you don't recognize them anymore the people you gave them to should be under a Grandfather clause or you should notify customer they are no longer accepted by email. The coupon card itself was not a FOREVER, once it was punched out it was over. My family and friends will probably go to auto dealers where they get the most for their money, free oil changes and inspections.

It would me amazing if there’s an online option to schedule an appointment. The waiting area was okay. The floors and bathroom were clean. No other amenities.I appreciate the online payment method but it would be nice to have other options as well, like card payments in the shop and cash. I think having multiple payment options would be much better, especially to folks who aren’t tech savvy. When I came in the door was locked, which is understandable because it was early in the morning; however I was dissatisfied with how my car concerned was handled. I told the employee about my concern, but it was not listened to. I understand that receptionists aren’t mechanics themselves, but it would’ve been nice to have the reassurance like, “I’ll make sure to let the mechanic know” rather than “They’ll check.”

The check in area was a little messyMy service advisor was rude.Lower the labor cost and improve the attitude of the service advisor .Bring back the previous payment method by simply inserting my card into a payment device or use a tap on screen method.I prefer inserting my card when I pay for service. Not manually typing my card info into my phone which is a hassle. If I had a flip phone, this newer payment method wouldn’t work because cash isn’t accepted. There was an issue with the check in process on the computer.. My last visit I had to pay by manually typing my card number on my phone which is a hassle. If I didn’t have a smart phone this wouldn’t work because cash isn’t accepted. I used to pay simply by inserting my card into the device. They are making it more difficult to pay for service doing it this way.
