The sales staff was courteous. Adam Byrd was the salesman who helped me. I would recommend Adam. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle features. One thing I truly appreciated about him was he was not pushy. He gave me the oppertunity to experience the vehicle for myself without high pressure. I was able to think and make the decision based on my preferences. The sales manager was equally helpful and courteous.

Again, the items needed for car repair or replacement was not located at the job site.The appointment for a car inspection was schedule for 8:00 AM. The inspection was completed ~12:00 noon.Basic times like tires should be located at the job site.

The person at the service counter was not knowledgeable at all. After service was completed told me the prices changed that day to almost double was I normally payThere is no price list, I have been a customer for years, this was my worst experience. The front desk person was rude and unprofessional, I was told the prices changed that day to almost double what I paid in March. I n the end I paid $200 for a oil change and windshield wiper replacementService rep was unfamiliar with the app I was told to use and kept disputing with the price I saw in the app2 people were at the front desk discussing prices and no one acknowledged me for several minutes

The directions to get to the service center were not clearly marked. I did 3 U turns before I found the entrance.Over all the experience was good. The only draw backs was the service writer was not friendly. He didn't seem to care about by question concerning the stiff ride and tires on my vehicle.Scheduling was easy, the recall was taken care of the same day so I could wait while the work was being done. I did not feel taken advantage of and was not pressured into additional unwanted sales. I appreciated that.

Everything was smooth the entire process including the transition from one vehicle to the next. The DMV registration process could move a little faster though when just transferring plates.I have never had a bad experience

Just because the process of selling me the car was fine doesn’t mean I’m happy.The place is well maintained but they sell defective cars they have no idea about. I shouldn’t purchase a car from people that claim to not know anything about if they’re selling mitsubishiConstantly failing to fix sounds I had audibly on camera and showed in person. Damaging and scratching up my car multiple times. Telling me they don’t know anything about Mitsubishi cars and would have to call and then repeated failure to communicate.Everyone is polite and nice but I feel like the service was beyond unacceptable especially with all the damage and lack of communicationScratches, oil hand prints all over my fabric ceiling. They had to replace one part they damaged and they damaged my car AGAINGive me my money back or give me other options at this point? What am I even suppose to do from here with a brand new 2024 defective car that I don’t qualify for lemon law for because the mechanics aren’t actively fixing anything and instead just telling me they don’t know.I don’t know what this means, I guess you mean my old car to trade in
