We have a Honda and wait area is amazing. Free cold water bottles, treats, and coffee. None of which are at Mitsubishi. As a customer, you do not feel appreciated!Calls should go to a live service representative and not to a dealer front desk, which makes it very hard to create an appointment. Spending a daily allowance for at least coffee and water would be great. Otherwise, at least place a paid coffee machine and water dispenser machine.It is not easy to call the front office and make an appointment. The online scheduling portal does not work! Once there, the service Department is great!The staff took care of all issues

Adrean is great! He called and kept me informed every step of the way while working on my vehicle. I wasn’t able to pick up my car until after hours and they took it to the dealership and the woman with the beautiful Afro at the front desk ( I am so sorry for not remembering her name) was wonderful!

The Mitsubishi Outlander was actually an afterthought in my search for a new vehicle. I don't remember what triggered my curiosity in the vehicle but I was very happy it was triggered. Adam was the salesperson I met and he was phenomenal. No pressure, no BS, just helpful when it came to my questions. His pleasant demeanor and his knowledge of the product helped make my buying decision easy. Can't thank him enough. Since I financed part of the sale price I also interfaced with Keith, another fine gentleman that made the final process easy. Thank goodness for a small, low pressure dealership!!Lots of dealers say they are "hassle free" but they aren't. Dealing with Little Joe's was.
