My car was finished and parked in the parking lot for 30 minutes and no one came to tell me it was ready. This is the second time that's happened. Other customers complained about it as well, in the waiting room. Other than that everything else was excellent!!!

Whoever does the scheduling needs training. I do tech scheduling as a profession and if it's going to take a previous job longer than state so and offer me a ride home or to work.Turned off the tire maintenance light without fixing the root cause of the issue.Job was scheduled for 830. Pulled into bay at 10. Service didn't offer explanation why late or ride home or to work. Need to offer more hours for those that work.Lots of opportunities for growth! Especially if customer satisfaction is a priority. Offer coffee, offer shuttle service, let customers know what is going with parts, etc. If you need help, call me, hire me, I'll be glad to show you how!Dawn M Corner(Still not satisfied customer!)Was verbally advised what needed to be replaced instead of pulling my vehicle inside and taking a look at what needed to be replaced. Made a 2nd appointment to bring in for what they advised as well as a warranty part that they could have put on when I was there while they were advising me like I don't have a JOB that I was away from especially since they don't offer a free shuttle!No one communicates there with the owners. The owners have to initiate the communication. 🤬😡🙄

We have a Honda and wait area is amazing. Free cold water bottles, treats, and coffee. None of which are at Mitsubishi. As a customer, you do not feel appreciated!Calls should go to a live service representative and not to a dealer front desk, which makes it very hard to create an appointment. Spending a daily allowance for at least coffee and water would be great. Otherwise, at least place a paid coffee machine and water dispenser machine.It is not easy to call the front office and make an appointment. The online scheduling portal does not work! Once there, the service Department is great!The staff took care of all issues

Adrean is great! He called and kept me informed every step of the way while working on my vehicle. I wasn’t able to pick up my car until after hours and they took it to the dealership and the woman with the beautiful Afro at the front desk ( I am so sorry for not remembering her name) was wonderful!
