The Mitsubishi Outlander was actually an afterthought in my search for a new vehicle. I don't remember what triggered my curiosity in the vehicle but I was very happy it was triggered. Adam was the salesperson I met and he was phenomenal. No pressure, no BS, just helpful when it came to my questions. His pleasant demeanor and his knowledge of the product helped make my buying decision easy. Can't thank him enough. Since I financed part of the sale price I also interfaced with Keith, another fine gentleman that made the final process easy. Thank goodness for a small, low pressure dealership!!Lots of dealers say they are "hassle free" but they aren't. Dealing with Little Joe's was.

When I went in to make the appt:Usually, the bald white guy and the young ethnic lady are super courteous, but this time she wasn’t there and he was on the phone. But there was another young man in there with nail polish who was at the desk and I didn’t even get greeted. I’m huge on customer service and I was looking forward to it, so that was a let down, but it didn’t ruin my day. When he finally acknowledged me (I think it was because I was freaking out because of the wasp on the plant by the door), he made the appt and even walked me out because I was petrified and I didn’t have to ask him to.The lobby was very dusty, under the tire display, under the shelf that’s under the tv, under the windows and in the window sill and near the kids table. Also, the vent was leaking closest to the tv. I reported it to the staff who came to mop the area by the refrigerator, but he blamed it on the heat and said he’d let some else know.I don’t know all of the above, but he (nail polish (sorry I didn’t get his name) didn’t know that I wasn’t supposed to be charged for the cabin filter because it was my 2nd oil change and it was under warranty and he kept asking the bald guy how much and he kept telling him no charge and he kept saying but she got a cabin filter and he kept saying n/c it’s her 2nd oil change and he said it again and finally he got the message. Lol.I know that we everybody doesn’t have a cheerful heart all the time, we all go through things. But, we also choose our jobs. And if it requires courtesy and we don’t have it, maybe that’s not the place for us. Same for cleaning and anything else! Happy Saturday!No, do you have a shuttle? That would’ve been awesome!!! My coworker would've gladly brought me back!Quick service
