I gave a great rating to Pacific Credit Union because of the outstanding service I received from Robin Vossler. Her professionalism, patience, and kindness truly stood out. While I was there, I saw her helping a very tall gentleman who seemed frustrated, and she handled the situation with incredible calm and care. She stayed on the phone with customer service for him while he stood there watching closely, yet she never lost her composure—she simply kept smiling and continued helping him.When it was my turn, she made me feel immediately welcome. She explained everything so clearly and thoroughly that I actually felt like I learned something new about my account and banking in general. She took the time to make sure I understood everything instead of rushing through the process.Because of the experience and the way she treated me, I happily opened an account with Pacific Credit Union.
