Although the teller was helpful, the problem existed with your website. I started two online bank accounts. I wanted a checking account for my 12 year old daughter. I put in her SSN and birthdate and at no point did it tell me she needed to be 13. How on earth do you have an age limit on this. I, the adult will be on the account and it’s not hard to allow us as adults to apply limitations. Most banks have figured this out. It wasn’t until I went in person and the teller explained the age issue. So unfortunate. Move with the times please.

I open the account through a promotion. I was informed that i just have to do direct deposit for any amount and will get $700 credit. 3 months later U check and no credit given. I reached out to the representative before giving this survey but I was told it has to he minimum of $500 deposit that was mis shared to me. I would have our $500 if the information was correctly shared
