Would like to see an office on the west side of the bay. You only have your offices in the East Bay since a lot of Pg&e people are members and there’s a lot of people on the west side so could be a better service provider. West Bay office would be nice.

I received fantastic service from the Pacific Service Credit Union employee. She was extremely helpful, efficient and friendly and made the entire transaction extremely easy. I always enjoy my visits to the branch as the staff there are such a pleasure to deal with.

The teller who served me was pleasant and professional and addressed my banking needs efficiently and courteously. The service that I received is why I remain a loyal PSCU customer and am shifting my financial needs more towards credit unions and away from conventional banks with time.

The ladies that work there are always nice and friendly.
