The reason for my visit was to use the coin machine and it was not moving very fast. One of the staff came over and showed me how to make it count faster and that was very helpful. The staff I spoke with were great!

Would like to see an office on the west side of the bay. You only have your offices in the East Bay since a lot of Pg&e people are members and there’s a lot of people on the west side so could be a better service provider. West Bay office would be nice.
