Very convenient and great service

The property is very secure .. We had used a large unit for a year and then a smaller one for 1/2 year. Both units very clean and very weather proof. The Poconos has some pretty bad weather. Both units stayed bone dry and no infestation of any kind. There is also an office .So if u have any questions there is a person that is there to serve you. Highly Recommend this storage company.

Convenient location. Friendly Staff. I don't like that you raised your prices twice in one year from 180 to 200 to 220. Too much!

Steve(?) was VERY accommodating and even alerted me a day later that my lock was put on correctly.

This is my third year renting storage from load n lock. The customer service is really good and the prices are fair.

The process to rent a unit was very easy! I “reserved” the space online to give myself time to think about my purchase. Once I was sure I made the right choice I converted the reservation into a purchase. I called the office because the link I needed wasn’t working to sign document and the customer service representative was very kind & helpful!

Fast and efficient

Had issues with the website to finish our lease online. Went to the office and he took care of the rest so it was completeled.
