From making the initial phone call to find a storage unit in my area to setting everything up to move in; it all went smoothly and quick. No problems or unexpected charges and they helped me find the cheapest storage unit within a 20 mile radius of what i was looking for, they didnt just try to rent me one of their storage units, they actually did the work to look around. The unit itself was clean, everyone i spoke to was friendly, helpful & professional.

I have been renting since June 2019. This year has been a struggle on me at times to pay my bill but Steve and the other employees were nice, pleasant and they worked with me the last year so that I wouldn’t lose my things in auction.
