Right from my initial phone call I was impressed with how I was treated and the information I was provided. When I had trouble on line Steven was gracious enough to help me do everything over the phone. I was pleased with the cleanliness of the entire storage unit and the facility. Will definitely spread the word and use Load and Lock again should the need arise.
