Nancy is super. I stayed because of her. She great .I rented a covered parking area the ten seeme to keep going up and then realized the birds where making a mess all over my rv. Nancy said they have a plan implemented to remove the birds . Did not see any changes. Then an other increase was sent to me.

Not a thing. Excellent.I sold the pontoon. No longer need the high visibility L&R provided in College Station.

This move to vacate was inevitable, altho monthly rent was a motivating factor.The PRIMARY reason for vacating at this time is in preparation for a senior living move. EVERYTHING must be gathered and assessed, to determine its future. Over the years we've experienced a number of price increases which were also motivating. That said, quality costs. Perks include: various sizes of moving carts were always avaliable and in working order. The facility was always comfortable, clean, and dry... no flies, mosquitos, roaches or mice. Service has been helpful and friendly, and innovative... scheduling a storage unit/garage sale day.This is a top quality storeage facility
