I’ve been here many years and things have gotten better over last 6 months but for years the temps were not cool enough - humidity bad - crickets damaged at least 1 of my mounts that I know of - water damage but mostly rates constantly increasing.Became too expensive

This move to vacate was inevitable, altho monthly rent was a motivating factor.The PRIMARY reason for vacating at this time is in preparation for a senior living move. EVERYTHING must be gathered and assessed, to determine its future. Over the years we've experienced a number of price increases which were also motivating. That said, quality costs. Perks include: various sizes of moving carts were always avaliable and in working order. The facility was always comfortable, clean, and dry... no flies, mosquitos, roaches or mice. Service has been helpful and friendly, and innovative... scheduling a storage unit/garage sale day.This is a top quality storeage facility

Lights and fans needed to be on all of the time instead of rarely when I was there.No longer needed it.

Keep the rates lower to match the value. I had a covered spot, but constantly had water inside my boat even with a tarp on it. Also, the pigeon droppings were overbearing.the rental rates were just increasing way too fast for the value
