Ever escalating pricing

I was pleased with the interactions with the staff, who were professional and addressed my concerns.

They jack the rent every 4 month…. Stay away, there are plenty of other options

I was told that there was a representative at the location I was renting from. There was not. No one ever told me I needed my own lock or pay $20.00 for theirs. No one told me I needed to bring my home owners policy or pay 18.00 a month for theirs. If I hadn’t already rented the U-Haul and movers I would have picked a patronage company.

The items were clean , neat and well stored. No moisture nor insect infestation.

There is no customer service. No one answers the phone or returns calls.

Overall easy process, decent customer service.I would have appreciated an office on site or an on call number to reach people after hours and on weekends.
