Not much. There was quite a lot of mice or rat droppings. It would be nice to not have that all over the furniture. I used the storage as transition space. Moved out of house and into another.

Have reasonable rates for long time customers. The same unit rents for a lot cheaper to new customers. Loyalty could be rewarded. Did not want to continue to pay the amount I was paying monthly.
