The storage facility was exceptionally clean, and the staff was very friendly. There were no issues at all. I've moved into my new home, so I no longer need to store my belongings.

Do more for the longer tenured people, and keep the price reasonable The storage got too expensive to stay. It was a 100 percent increase from the start

There were multiple beetles and spiders in our unit when moving out our belongings. Pest control needs improvement Moved into house.

Not much. There was quite a lot of mice or rat droppings. It would be nice to not have that all over the furniture. I used the storage as transition space. Moved out of house and into another.
