Not much. There was quite a lot of mice or rat droppings. It would be nice to not have that all over the furniture.I used the storage as transition space. Moved out of house and into another.

Have reasonable rates for long time customers. The same unit rents for a lot cheaper to new customers. Loyalty could be rewarded.Did not want to continue to pay the amount I was paying monthly.
