Have reasonable rates for long time customers. The same unit rents for a lot cheaper to new customers. Loyalty could be rewarded.Did not want to continue to pay the amount I was paying monthly.

Our unit had a lot of bugs in it. I wish the credit card dispute could have been handled better. Late fees occurred automatically through the process which added more frustration. Keeping the unit was not feasible at that point.The rates increased and had difficulty with my credit card transactions.

make sure other tenants don't put excessive trash such as mattresses in the dumpster. It always seems full because others don't read the signs or listen. should be consequences for them.They are professional and nice. I was the first customer to ever rent from them years ago and I continue every time i need a place to store a few things. Awesome clean place with tons of room and extremely secure!
