There’s no assisted living option if my mother needs it later

Lockwood is very attractive living facility. Unfortunately our ongoing needs are leaning toward a more assistive living atmosphere

Three meals. Ann Arbor address. Transportation availability. Units are very nice. Staff seem nice as well as residents.Physical Therapy on site us fantastic. Cleaning bi weekly. However we may be in need if more assistance.

The rent is higher than I am comfortable spending.

I feel with a Senior home it should have everything you need and be big enough in square footage, like a linen closet a walk in closet no matter what size of a apt you want..I don't know how Senior Citizen can afford the rent at the price they are priced at. Then they just may go up the next year. I'm looking for a place to where I can live comfortably and not worry about me having to move the next year. At your facility you consider me as a active senior citizen at the age of 62. Right now I can't afford to live there and that hurts. However, your facility is not the only one there are others that are just like yours and I have the same concerns.Thank you,Karla McCoy

The activities, crafts , washer and dryer in each apartment. Meal options, travel to storea.

I need easier access to town for concerts, Amtrak, airport shuttle etc.

Do not align with my current needs-- not interested in meal plan.- space too small especially kitchen and no dining space- location isn’t preferred
