The work order says completed but nobody has even worked on the washer and dryer. There has also been no communication after I’ve emailed a couple times to get any sort of confirmation or timeline. I don’t feel valued. Can you guys please help?? I usually don’t like to complain but I haven’t been able to use my washer and dryer for over 2 weeks now. I understand if parts need to be ordered and all the logistics, but the least you guys could do is communicate that.

The request eas not completed. It was marked ncomplete in the system, but the work has not beeb done. This isnt the first time this has happened.

The maintenance team usually completes any maintenance needed in my apartment in a timely manner and I am very pleased with their service.

Management is very poor when following up with tenants

The maintenance guy was at my door yesterday morning (I saw him in my security camera) , but he didn't wait for me to open the door. So, he didn't do anything in my apartment.I have not heard back from them regarding and issue I reported more than one month ago, when the rain hit hard o er night and the next morning I found water in my leaving room.

The hallway is still very dirtyNo one has come to clean it
