Management is very poor when following up with tenants

The maintenance guy was at my door yesterday morning (I saw him in my security camera) , but he didn't wait for me to open the door. So, he didn't do anything in my apartment.I have not heard back from them regarding and issue I reported more than one month ago, when the rain hit hard o er night and the next morning I found water in my leaving room.

My experience overall hasn’t been terrible, the new leasing management team is extremely nice and friendly, they are always there to talk about the apartment and the problems that are going on, they are very open to questions about your lease and overall very understanding on what your going through but that doesn’t mean that the building itself isn’t in good condition, the building on one side is caving in to the point where the doors do not close fully, and the amount of bugs that there are is extremely sad, I have done everything including ways on my own and on my own expense to clear out the amount of bugs but nothing is working all it’s doing it scaring them away for like 2 full days and then they come right back, I have found bugs in my fridge and in my cabinets, they are all over the rooms and bathrooms, the closets, literally EVERYWHERE, to the point where i don’t even like sleeping in my bed cause i have woken up with them crawling on my pillow a few times, and it’s not what we are doing at all, it’s the whole apartment as a whole they started in one side of the building where my friend lives and they have just progressively gotten worse throughout the apartment complex.

Repair was completed. I did ask to be contacted when entering the apartment but did not receive notification. Also requested the temperature not be set below 73 when they complete the repair, it was left on 70. Also left lights on in the apartment that we're not on when I left.

This survey is for our time here. It has been unsatisfactory as we have had so many issues. From washer and dryer needing to be replaced when we first got here, stove not working and getting replaced, fridge breaking and needed to be replaced, and constantly getting stuck in the elevator, this has been very disappointing to say the least. I know there is new management now but now we are dealing with inconsistency in what is owed from month to month.

The repair was carried out very quickly and efficiently, thank you very much for that! The only thing is that the ceiling ended up being two different colors: the original shade and the white of the repair. But everything is great!!!

Not sure why im getting this. As farbas I know of, but request hasnt been completed. There's.nothing howing anyone has been in the apt, and no one has knocked when we've been home. We are not home between 2:30-3:30 most weekdays.
