The elevator has been down for the last month and there’s a tons of trash in the hallways, especially sometimes you’ll see vomit in the stairwells as well there’s littered with cigarettes

The elevator near my apartment has been out of service for almost two months now. It makes it quite the inconvenience and a disruption of my peace since the door to the stairs is constantly slamming at all hours of the night. The elevator was usually fixed within a few days with previous management company

Izhar was very friendly and knowledgeable of the amenities of the complex. He took the time to walk me through all common areas of the complex and demonstrate features that make Lofts in Main unique.

The status was updated but the problem was never resolved nor was a timeline given

I was disappointed it took so long for such a minor repair. However, the maintenance guy was great when he showed. He was able to take care of that issue and a couple of other minor things in about an hour.

No one came to resolve the issue

The maintenance staff is great when you can get them to do the work. The office staff and coordination is lacking

I understand the community is older and I appreciate being here. I’ve requested two blinds to be changed and my bedroom door handle is broken with no acknowledgement of when that is to be fixed with pending maintenance requests. Otherwise I’m happy to be here and the staff is overall very friendly and helpful.
