Izhar was very friendly and knowledgeable of the amenities of the complex. He took the time to walk me through all common areas of the complex and demonstrate features that make Lofts in Main unique.

I was disappointed it took so long for such a minor repair. However, the maintenance guy was great when he showed. He was able to take care of that issue and a couple of other minor things in about an hour.

The maintenance staff is great when you can get them to do the work. The office staff and coordination is lacking

I understand the community is older and I appreciate being here. I’ve requested two blinds to be changed and my bedroom door handle is broken with no acknowledgement of when that is to be fixed with pending maintenance requests. Otherwise I’m happy to be here and the staff is overall very friendly and helpful.

The hallways and common areas are frequently dirty and filled with trash, previous management stated they were going to fix issues, no resolution ever came. Doors and gates to the community frequently stop working or are left open for strangers. The pool is frequently overrun by people who don't have wristbands for use and no oversight has been applied. Previous management interactions (except for Trish and Mariana and Jeremy from RPM) have been rude and short. Landscape around the interior of the common areas like pool and dog walk area could really use updates and beautification. I feel like my rent is not being applied to make best of the living space and will likely be looking for somewhere else to live when my lease is up of improvements are not made or at least attempted to be addressed by then, April 2026.
