Everyone here at Red Cliffs knows it can be hard, scary, & nerve-racking to place your loved ones in a skilled nursing facility! (Whether it be for rehab- short-term stay or long-term care.) Everyone is kind. They care for the memory care very well. Made my aunt feel loved and happy. Every time I visit, she is smiling and having a good time. So happy we found this place. Highly recommend. 5 stars!

Fix the dining issue. No one likes the food. For what we pay monthly the food is atrocious!

1. Too many residents for the ratio of care. Need more caregivers.2. Nutrition. Need variety of fruit for different minerals, e.g., peaches, apricots, apples, plums, pears, etc., in addition to just bananas, melons, oranges. Need more nutritiously planned meals.3. Communication from management. Perhaps a weekly newsletter.4. Paper plates and plasticware: very flimsy and unsubstantial. Poor quality.5. A lighter ambiance. Too dismal.

I appreciate very much how the cooks and those serving in the dining room do their very best to meet the various needs of the residents. I could wish there wasn't so much criticism and complaining by the diners. The activities' direction does a great job of providing a variety of activities. Some of them don't meet my personal preferences. But is on me. I thank the Lord for bringing me here and the considerations that are extended to me. It's the best!
