Major concern is the quality of food. For what we are paying for a loved ones care the food is autrocious.

20min response time to a resident pressing their button is WAY too long.you need more staff, esp after 5pmnurses lunch breaks need to be covered by another nurse.food is not nutritional & looks unappealingstaff should be more engaging & happy. need to show respect to their elders. they still are people.call buttons should not turn off if residents keep pressing them. they are in oain & panicing from pain, therefore they will continuously press them.

I was a firefighter paramedic for many years and responded to many elderly care facilities over the years. When it was time to place my mother in a memory care unit, I wasn’t optimistic that I could find a good one within my mom’s price range. After touring several facilities, I was very pleased to find Loma Linda Assisted Living. Your facility is VERY clean and odor-free. I can tell that the staff really cares about their patients. Memory Care patients are handled professionally and compassionately. They identified a potential medical issue with my mother and transported her to the emergency where the doctors identified a serious problem that required surgery. Upon her return to your facility, the staff’s concern and attention are accelerating my mother’s recovery. With my mother’s dementia, I know that my mom is having the best life possible. Thank you so much for what you do!

Really need to work on food. Better selections. Work on making it taste good. Also you keep raising prices. Rooms Really expensive so need your food to reflect the price of the room.

the 20min time to get to a resident is way too long when they are in distress. need more employees & for simeone to still answer phones after hours & to greet people when they come in.more daily activities & bringing residents outside in the sunshine daily would help with their daily health.also a new dietitian based chef that serves colorful, healthy appetizing, meals would be wonderful.

1. more caregivers for sure2. nutrition: Different kinds of fruit. not just apples oranges, bananas. For example: blueberries, peaches grapes, pears, cherries. All fruit have their unique vitamins and minerals.3 a weekly newsletter letting residents know about current news and future events.4. plasticware: Forks - cannot cut through anything. Spoons - way too small and rough edges. Cuts lips. Paper plates: too flimsy to handle. No substance.
