Mark Glover is a rising sales consultant, but he has mastered the art of business rather early in his sales career. Mark was the ultimate salesman! He held our interest in the Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross in many ways; texting updates, video showcasing, and asking questions about our desired purchase, as well as the ending deal that was made.I think the bill of sale could have been mailed sooner than it was. This delay was not anticipated and a second trip to the Wayne County Courthouse must now be made to obtain a tag and pay the taxes.

I loved every part of it. Everything went very smooth. I've never been treated so well by a car place than I have with Blake and kaitlyn. It was the best experience. I have told everyone I know and will be going back to them if and when I have other car needs.Blake and kaitlyn made my experience amazing and stress free. I felt like apart of the process the whole time. Kept in updated with everything.

NoneListen to what the customer wants and/or does not want!!!I did not finance through the dealership. The signing of paperwork was too time consuming, specially when you explain at the start of the process that you will not be buying any extended warranty and the finance manager tries (twice) to sell you what you already said you were not interested in. If he had asked a third time, I was going to walk away from the deal.The only reason I'm not giving a higher rating was because of the final process (signing paperwork); TOO PUSHY!!!

There was paperwork from another client and three vapes in the middle console that were used.My sales consultant, Adam Brown made my buying process easy and understandable. I never felt overwhelmed while doing business with him, and he kept me in the loop through the whole process. I would definitely work with him again. I love my brand new Mitsubishi Outlander.
