I live 140 miles from the dealership. I called the facility to speak with a salesperson who was at their desk working. I was connected with Will Bishop. I asked questions, and he gave the answers I needed. I had to reset my visit to the dealership a few times; however, he called or I would call to keep the purchase process going.I was very impressed with a live video of a few Outlander units Will Bishop connected me with, plus an additional video he sent to me. I was on the lot the next day.I am giving the dealership a 10: reason, Professionalism. The salesperson, Will Bishop, was very professional throughout the process of my purchase of the automobile.

I’ll rate this as a ten for the dealership but on the other hand I do not recommend Mitsubishi at all ! I’ll never buy another one or recommend them again. I drove my car 5/7 miles off the lot. Within a week my screen cracked. Reached out and they told me they wouldn’t replace it but never took the time to look at it. Went back over year and half later to get my recall fixed and they tell me this could’ve been covered under warranty. They took the time to look at it at long Lewis! Call the warranty department like 4/5 times just to get a straight forward answer and they deny me saying it was pretty much my fault but how when the crack is literally inside my screen! You can’t feel it when you rub your finger over it. I’m so pissed. I would’ve never went with Mitsubishi if I knew this! The screen was not my fault ! 🤦🏽‍♀️ so upset no one took the time to look at it and when someone does and puts the effort in to help me I get denied from Mitsubishi.I’ll rate this as a ten for the dealership but on the other hand I do not recommend Mitsubishi at all ! Everyone from Brittney and Christopher the Mitsubishi rep and parts guy were fabulousBrittney is amazing and so easy to work with. She goes out of her way to explain everything. She needs a raise or at least a Chick-fil-A gift card.

Keep up the good work!This was my first time getting service with this dealership but the young lady made me feel very comfortable. She was friendly kept a smile and understanding. Keeping a smile on her face. The Advisor was nice and knowledgeable as well!
