I would recommend providing some water or even a snack for those waiting.They took my car on time, listened to my concerns and were genuinely grateful for my business. Employees friendly and professional.

Quick and easy

As I mentioned prior, the staff did great however I am very unsatisfied I have to drive 1.5 hours from Huntsville to Florence to have my vehicle serviced and what happens when I have issues, I have to drive or have my vehicle towed to Florence. Long needs to figure this out.Very friendly staff and on time. However I am not happy I have to drive 1.5 hours from Huntsville AL to Florence to have my 1 year old vehicle serviced. There should be a gas voucher or something for my time and expense.

I was told when the appointment was made for the recall repair that it should only take about fifteen minutes for the repair but it took two hours.See above answer
