The service advisor at this location was marvelous!!!!The only issue that I had was before I went to this appointment, someone had scheduled me for service in Muscle Shoals, and did not seem to know that me going there could void the warranty on the vehicle. I was unaware of this fact as well until I got to Muscle Shoals, and thankfully the advisor there knew and advised me that I may want to check and go to Florence. This is a knowledge gap that needs to be addressed with the individuals that may be newer there and/or just unaware, before someone's warranty is inadvertently voided. This also caused me to have to rearrange my schedule and make a 2nd trip to the Shoals from Russellville during my work hours. I am not upset, but someone else could be if this occured with them..... an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure, and you cannot fix a problem, if you are unaware there is one.Everything was phenomenal, especially the customer service!!!!

I always trust that Long Lewis Mitsubishi will fix me up when I need some maintenance! Brittany and Keely were very professional and clearly communicated the services performed at my visit. I had a question regarding my bill, and Brittany handled my questions swiftly and professionally!I always enjoy my experience with the team at Long Lewis!
