Buying a car is stressful especially the pricing is confusing to beyers between MSRP and invoice price, explaining some of that goes a long way.LLM was very accommodating, listened to us and was not high pressure sales. They went above and beyond to make us happy including letting us take the vehicle to test it out for a couple of days, discussing the numbers/pricing thoroughly, honoring their word, being very patient and kind through the purchase process, and explaining how all the technology worked in our new car. It was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership.
