The website was great easy to navigate could use a few more pictures that could be expanded because a lot of the times I was looking at cars on my phoneEveryone at Long Lewis was nice courteous and very open and transparent. They didn’t waste time the sales member Adam communicated with me before I made the drive out there. When I got there, the sales manager the finance manager they were all working to pull the deal together, and I was very happy with their customer service product knowledge and their ability to get my deal. Done on a very busy Saturday afternoon.

After purchasing the car and exiting the dealership, we noticed a blemish on the hood of the car. The manager gave me his card and an IOU to correct the blemish. They drove 50 minutes away to pick up my car, drop off a loaner, and return my car. I did not have to contact them—Jonathan contacted me to find a day that worked for us. I was so impressed that they fixed the blemish immediately with absolutely no hassle.Jonathan was also great to work with. He was very understanding of my requirements to purchase a vehicle, and he never tried to upsale me or steer me away from my plan. He shared pricing with me beforehand which made the experience so easy.I did not feel pressured at all to purchase a vehicle. I also felt Jonathan and LL were very upfront with their pricing and fair with trade in values. I appreciated that I could receive the “out the door” price before ever stepping foot on property. That was the biggest decider for me to purchase here, where most other dealerships the price continues to change throughout the process.

Everything was taken care of in a timely manner. I was greeted with a smile and felt welcomed. I was kept informed of the progress on my car while I waited.

Although I did not purchase my car from Long-Lewis they were still friendly and professional. I would gladly make the trip to purchase a car from them in the future.The staff was friendly and professional
