Dealership stated that it was my responsibility to pay for the piece that their technician broke. They would not budge on that. I needed my car. The transmission was under warranty still so they replaced that but in the process broke the tire sensor.. I was so excited that they fixed the transmission. I just was not expecting a 273$ repair. This was money that I really did not have. But if I do not have my car, my husband cannot get to work. I love my car. Really love it. So this was disappointing. The staff that I was able to speak with was generally kind. Not great on returning calls but kind. Everything that I read, stated that if the dealership broke something that it was the dealership's responsibility. Was upsetting to find out that was not true.

Having to pay for something they brokeIf something broke and it was their fault, then I should not have to pay for the repair.They were helpful and friendly.
