Something beautiful muy bueno

Thank you Longwood Vista for the staff and maintenance and more so today the 6th they are there power washing the hallways and it was so needed thank you thank you thank you thank you for yesterday for the taco day beautiful we've never had that before and in the whole 11 years I've been here they've never power washed these buildings so thank you so much again and I hope that the parking lot comes next because I have a handicap sign and I can never get in that handicap and I'm taking up two spaces for the handicap is just outrageous I really wish we could get our own assigned parking you know and there's people from across the street that are parking there service cars that they work with in our parking lot over here and there and then I'm watching them walk back to their apartment building and they have plenty of parking over there so I don't get that either and there's people with four and five people and a one bedroom apartment and each one of them have a car so that's knocking me out of my parking lot so I hope that gets fixed soon but other than that I really love living here I really love the new staff and everything you're doing keep up the good work all of you

The man who helped me at the beginning was very helpful. Then when I returned, they tried to lie to me, saying there were no apartments available. Then they let me applied for what the man originally offers me but changed the date for me to move in (from May 10 to May 14th) Also, when they checked my income statement, it magically showed that I generated 10k more than I actually would do for 2025. They count a bonus that I only received annually as if it were something I receive regularly. They never call or email me with the decision and deny my application. I went in person and that's when I found out everything. I lost $100 in the application and the $250 administration fee, they say, will take a month to return. -I remember seeing the employee with the money orders while she was talking to me. They offer me the market price but not for 3 rooms, which was what I need. They say that only 2 bedroom was available and an even later move date

Community is very nice, quiet and clean. Perfect location and the personal is very nice and kind. I would like to leave in that place
