had the new 3.0 dash cam fitted . service dept and engineer who fitted it could not get it to work on my iPhone . it would not connect to camera . it worked on his Samsung . after a considerable time I had a a thought and switched on my VPN on my iPhone . it worked perfectly . I cannot find any contact for the cam online so please pass it on , I will have to keep my VPN off for the moment . At least my dealer knows the problem for the future

As we are retired. we only have one car. therfore the taxi service back and fore from home is a point of customer service that is very much appreciated .

Car poorly cleaned after service.A replacement battery was put into my spare key fob.My wife's BMW had a new battery fitted just 2 weeks previous,bought from Lookers of Stafford.She had to order a new Fob,as the new battery made no difference.The same battery was fitted into my spare key.Did'nt Work.Can't believe I was charged for battery.All with the same dealership.Fair to say I should have a refund,afterall it was only £4
