A good experience for a change.

Celsey at Stafford was brilliant, couldn’t have helped me more when I was in a difficult situation due to being on holiday and my car breaking down. my fleet department were useless but fortunately celsey couldn’t do enough to help me.

He was attentive and not pushy, clear in his answers and able to facilitate our change of car with good humour, despite a few complications. We are grateful to him. Booking on line would be quicker and easier, but the first question is "what type of service do you need" and I never know. So I ring and that takes a while. I would book on line if it was easier.
