I dealt with Sales Executive, Adrian Pos, who was courteous and efficient, as well as very organised throughout. He not only arranged for me to be given a fair part-exchange price for my GR Yaris against the BMW 135iM I have bought very quickly, but also, pretty well simultaneously, sent me notification and details of the various ‘add-on’ products that the dealership offers, together with a full run-down of the costs. Particularly considering that the deal and all the associated arrangements for handover were conducted remotely - I live 195 miles from Knights BMW South Staffs - the communication between Adrian and I worked very well; again credit to him. On arriving at the dealership on the day of the handover, I was able to take a short test drive to ensure that I was happy with my prospective purchase, and on confirming that I was, Adrian conducted all the remaining ‘admin’ politely and efficiently. I much appreciate the very efficient and courteous, as well as down-to-earth way he dealt with me, which made the whole process of buying the BMW painless, albeit after a 3.5 hour drive to get to you! My sincere thanks to Adrian. He was a credit to the business, and seems a great guy.
