I really liked the video explanation about my vehicle it gives you peace of mind to know that the work has been done. There were a few minor issues but no pressure to sort them there and then. I was very pleased with my whole experience right from checking my car in to collecting it well done all at Lookers from a very satisfied customer.

Always go to Crewe but chose Stafford for first time as closer to home and I loved the experience and will be using them from now on thank you

The service department went above and beyond to help with my 5 series. They offered to call BMW for a goodwill payment towards my overall bill which was agreed.I have previously used another BMW dealer in the Midlands and would not have received the same level of service.Restored my faith in BMW and will look to purchase again with supply of cars is more back to normal

Very efficient service

Had our car for two days have to take it back for the service to be completed as we needed car for hospital appointment still waiting for call to say when we can take it back for work to be finished hopefully it will be soon we have paid £425 21p for partial service

Great service and communication throughout the day. Only slight negative was the quality of the car wash, bits missed, so looked ‘dirtier’ than when car was dropped off for the service.
