My car was in for an MOT but without asking the vehicle was also washed.This added time but more importantly if I had been asked I would have said no as it has a ceramic coating.

Superb service.I was kept informed throughout the process and all of the staff members that I interacted with were friendly and professional.

We were only looking at a vehicle before launch. We are not looking to replace our car just yet.

Need to offer a courtesy car or lift. BMW cars are good but after service lets it Down...! I have had better service at VW in the past. Otherwise BMW is very good.

Ash was great, kept me informed of everything that was happening. So couldn’t fault him. But when I dropped my car off the lady who dealt with me had awful customer service! I have never felt so out of place! She looked down her nose at me made hardly any eye contact and I had my little boy with me who kept smiling at her but she never acknowledged him once! It made me feel like I would not want to come back to deal with her again! Shocking! I didn’t see her name to find out or I would put it in here but I’m sure you can find out from the time I dropped my car off!
