Over recent months o have become more and more disillusioned with the levels of service In December we haD booked a test drive for 2 vehicles.NO. Mention of a deposit to reserve. Assured no one else interested only to receive a call as we were leaving home that vehicle sold . It’s my fault , not your salesman for giving me the FIRST of a few pieces of wrong information. His boss didn’t seem to care either .Have received NO follow up calls.Disgusting Service for a customer who has purchased at least 8 Vehicles over recent years. Advised at last MOT suspension parts needed .Booked in for This years MOT only to arrive and be told can’t be done your emissions tester not working . Service carried out and advised that suspension parts not needed! MOT organised by you at another testing station . Vehicles passed , VERY interesting discussion re service and your charges. To say that I am Disillusioned is far from how I feel . Perhaps after some 30 years custom yo don’t give a toss ! A Couple of the staff are brilliant Angela? BUT….no doubt this will make no difference !!!!!

Costs for services do seem to be climbing. Even the service plan isn’t a great deal.

Really disappointed that after being assured my vehicle would be cleaned and hoovered it wasn’t. I did show a voucher I had from when my car was in during the restrictions and was assured it was back to normal with the cleaning but when I got in my car and when I approached it I could see it hadn’t been cleaned. I did not have time to go back in and speak to anyone. Communication with any additional charges was great but was just disappointed with the lack of cleaning.
