Excellent service.

My dealings with Service staff at the dealership were excellent- communication was clear, while the attitude was helpful and sensitive at all times. However, my overall experience was tarnished by an issue with with the workshop equipment used for part of the MoT. This delayed my collection of the vehicle by one hour and a half.

The car came in for an MOT, a brake service and an end of warranty check. The cars indicators were all in perfect working order when it was taken to the garage and it passed the MOT with no advisories. The service agent who dealt with my visit came to finalise my payment etc informed me that l would have to return as the car needs a replacement right rear indicator….l am making that visit tomorrow…quite puzzled as to what happened whilst my car was there!

From my initial contact with salesperson Aaron to collecting the car the service and communication was excellent. I was kept up to date at all times.I have to say that having purchased several new cars before Aaron has been the best salesperson I have dealt with. He was honest and helpful throughout and gave good advice when needed.I will certainly purchase again from Knights BMW they have been outstanding. Thank You Knights and Aaron
