Service Team were extremely cooperative and resourceful when making arrangements for the routine Vehicle Service and complimentary End of Warranty Inspection / Vehicle Health Check, together with simultaneously undertaking the initial MOT test, thank you.The overall experience with the Dealership however has been marked-down slightly (Q1), regrettably due to Sales Team evidently being unable to honour a commitment that I consider was agreed in principle at the time of the original purchase.

Overall experience was excellent. From the moment I was told my car had to stay in I was booked a courtesy car whilst in branch, offered a lift home & advised of all relevant details. I was dealing with Andrea who then called me 2 days later to say the work was complete and then off-hired the courtesy vehicle whilst I was there. The service provided by Andrea was excellent.
