I found Andrea and the two girls on reception very friendly helpful and professional The waiting area was very good with a very welcome tea/coffee but would have liked a few soft chairs to relax in but overall very enjoyable visit

Andrea was excellent, friendly and most helpful with my queries.In your service plan you state my vehicle would be cleaned at each service. I was told this is not currently being done. This should not therefore be advertised.
