It was a pleasure dealing with Knights South Staffs especially having had poor service from BMW central complaints and a different dealership (in Derby).The team at Knights were great and I wouldn't hesitate in using them again-really hands on in terms of booking, communications and actual repair/work on the car-thanks.I have reflected this in another survey from BMW.

A car wash would have made it the best

It was a very easy and friendly reception at BMW Knights Stafford. I was assured that my vehicle would be looked at as soon as possible and true to their word It was dealt with very efficiently. I have dealt with Knights BMW Stafford for years now and have always been given a nice welcome and good service.

I did not receive an update and so called to see if the car was ready. Also I was disappointed the outside of the car was not cleaned, it mentions it was not cleaned due to COVID, I can understand that for the inside of the car but why can the outside not be washed?

Excellent a service and care from Ashley Highland, the customer service advisor who kept me updated at every stage during the process and led me back to find my vehicle at the end!

It would have been nice for my vehicle to have been cleaned, I was under the impression it was part of the service

I felt sorry for the sales assistant who was on his 1st week in sales as transferred from the workshop with nobody really assisting. He didn’t really have any knowledge of the mini range and nearly missed the deal. Luckily the manager stepped in when I said I was out of time and we did a deal but only because we already own a mini and was simply updating as the pcp was up
