Karl was really helpful, took the time to explain unfamiliar features to me on my test drive and was knowledgeable about the vehicle - I felt I could trust him as he gave practical, common sense advice. I appreciate he did all he could to get close on price to what I’d been offered elsewhere, and it really was a decision based solely on financial sense in the end, as I’d have preferred to give my business to the dealership.
