A suggestion. Could you remind customers to remove their dash cam before leaving their car for service. On a previous visit, I forgot to do that and the mechanic took it off the windscreen and left it in the passenger foot well.

Was impressed with the customer care. Very helpful. It was great that I could have a taxi to & fro. That really helped. Also had trouble with Applepay but a solution was found. Thank you.

We had an excellent impression. Nacia was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car we were interested in and we felt she did her best to help us. Unfortunately on this occasion we decided to go with another manufacturer, but we wouldn't hesitate to visit Knights in Stafford again when we look for our next car.
