I would appreciate it if someone could pass on my sincere thanks to Lee Tuckett, Phil the master tech and the whole service team at Stafford. Not only did they understood the intermittent issue i was having straight away, but then went above and beyond to look after me. They worked through BMW recommendations quickly and methodically and got the car repaired much quicker than i was honestly expecting. Highly recommended, thanks again.

I have been a customer of Knights BMW for my last 4 cars. Adrian Pos was excellent from start to finish. He ensured the whole experience was completed according to plan and was genuinely interested in us being satisfied with our purchase. I feel sure if any issues arose his aftersales service would be as good. Well done.

For some reason bmw have ceased to wash and clean cars based on covid - this is a Cost saving which is not passed onto the customer but it is still a selling point in all the advice packages and offer included in cost
