I think the replacement cost of a wheel nut was a little excessive - as this was the first time I have taken the car to Stafford BMW from Sytner Oldbury where we have always purchased / serviced our cars (the wife also has a BMW X3). I think that they would not have charged me as the car was purchased and has been fully serviced from them! The service otherwise from the receptionist (Andrea) at Knights was very good.Also on my last service at Sytner I was given a quote (on spec as I had not requested one) from the service staff offering to bring my car back to pristine condition with cosmetic repairs to the scruffs on the wheels / remove scratch marks in a couple of places and a polish, which I would have been interested in a comparison cost had I been given a similar speculative cost from Knights. Thanks.

Nacia was incredibly helpful, as always, in advising me before I placed the order.There was a difficulty upon receipt of my vehicle (the fault of the manufacturer). Nacia and the manager, Richard, dealt with this very well, making me feel like a valued customer and keeping me regularly updated. I will continue to recommend the team to my friends

Not 100% clear when initial contact was made is that it is a general call centre rather than someone from the actual showroom, as such there was some initial confusion as I had arranged to collect the car on a certain time and date but the actual garage was unaware as I was in communication with the central call centre rather than the showroom
