My sales man Chris at BMW Stafford was excellent ! Knowledgeable, efficient, helpful even came in during his holiday to hand over the car. No pushy sales chat and spoke direct with me and not my husband, went through all the admin very clearly. Please pass these comments onto his boss.

I was making an enquiry about the colour of the upholstery of a car that was not clear from the photos. Your colleague helpfully sent me the detailed spec of the car which showed the interior is the same as my current car. I explained that I would not be pursuing my interest because of this.
