Check in was quite straight forward and social distancing observed. The car was ready for collection earlier than requested with a useful online video of the mechanic taking appropriate readings of key data

Late used BMW very accurately described. Competitive market price. Good trade in deal. Very efficient collection/handover (during Covid lockdown). Jason dealt with transaction, Anthony helped and Carl gave really expert practical advice over phone on living with a hybrid - learned far more than any reading could tell me. Very pleased with our 225XE. Will go full electric next time but hybrid is a great step forward for us.
